2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

b. Handling Time

We strive to minimize delays, but please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as holidays or promotional events.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment via the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number or need assistance tracking your package, please contact our customer service team.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the selected shipping method and your location. VIMP is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance processes for international orders. If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

a. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for rescheduling or to arrange a pickup at the nearest location.

5. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • P.O. Boxes (for some shipping methods)
  • Certain remote or restricted areas

Please verify that your shipping address is correct and deliverable before placing an order. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or the package being returned to us.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

VIMP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We recommend ensuring that your delivery address is secure. If your package has been marked as delivered and you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building management, or the carrier. If you are unable to locate the package, contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vimp.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, including offering replacements or refunds as necessary.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
